All orders ship within 1 to 3 Business Days for items that are in stock physically in the boutique. For items in one of our warehouse locations here or abroad, they will ship between 7-10 Business Days. We will provide tracking. If it is stated that item is a pre-order, an estimated date of arrival will be listed on the product page.
PLEASE NOTE we do source some of our treasures from amazing artisans that live all over the country who may be shipping directly to you, so please take note that shipping and fulfillment times can vary. This will always be listed on the product page under description for your reference.

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE OR SHIPPING COMPANY THAT PROVIDED THE SERVICE.
If products are marked as delivered and you have not received your package, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. Our most common carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). You may contact them at USPS 1-800-275-8777.

Within the United States, Flat Rate Shipping is $6.00 for orders under $99. All orders over $99, will receive FREE SHIPPING.
