If the fit is not what you expected,  please follow the steps below:
  •  All items are Immediate Ship!  Occasionally, we have preorders that we offer and they are marked accordingly on each product page, with expected ship times.   


  • ALL RETURNS, must be approved for return before actually returning the item.  You can retrieve this approval by emailing us the order number and style(s) from that order number you wish to return.  Our email address is:  Once approved for return, you may proceed to return the item(s) to us by following the guidelines as instructed in the email we will send to you. 




  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 Hours of receiving merchandise.  NO EXCEPTIONS!   Proof of our brand label attached to the damaged item must be presented in photo (we will request from you) as well. If our brand label / or packaging isn't attached to the product, the item cannot be reported.


  • Items being returned for improper fit must be shipped back NO LATER than SEVEN (7) days after receiving the item.  As of August 15, 2019, the customer is responsible for the cost of items shipping back to us.  You may send back the item(s) with any carrier you wish.  OR, you can email  us for a return label which will be emailed to you at time of return approval.   We use USPS and UPS for all returns.  The cost of this label will be deducted from your store credit.  Before returning any items, we must be notified via email  for approval.  Our email address is:  Please have your order number and item number ready.  We will instruct you with a return address upon approval of return. 


  • Items must be returned in original packaging, tags on, unworn, unwashed, and free of odor, free of animal hair, free of stains, and free of any threading snags / tugs / pulls, etc.  No Exceptions!  


  • Even if original packaging is torn, item must be returned with original packaging bag and tags in tact, or a 20% Restock fee will be imposed.  


  • If the items that are returned appear worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 7 days from the order receipt date or that are on sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay for them to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days.


  •  Once your return is processed, you will receive a store credit onto your account to use on our website as you see fit.  Store credit never expires. 


  • If the item being returned had originally qualified for free shipping, the free shipping will be deducted from the credited amount before processing store credit to your account.


  • You may also exchange the merchandise for a different size if we have it available for purchase. This too must be done within 7 days of receiving your item, NO EXCEPTIONS.  In the event you wish to exchange sizes, we will happily pay for the new size to ship out to you, but the return shipping for the exchange is the responsibility of the customer.   As stated above, if you would like for us to send you a return label, we can do so.  However, the cost of that return label will be billed to you. 


  • Store Credit is issued shortly after the return is received, inspected and meet all the criteria above.  Once it is approved for returning, you will then be issued a store credit.


  • ANY DISCOUNTED OR SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!   If you use a coupon, this too is considered discounted, and therefore a return for store credit will not be granted. 


  • As of April 15, 2022, All graphic tees & graphic sweatshirts, footwear, swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, all purses & bags, beauty products, and Thred home goods are final sale.  


  • * Please note, we photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.
